What to expect:

You’ve probably heard of, maybe even made, a vision board — a collage of Pinterest-perfect homes, crystal-blue ocean waters, and once-in-a-lifetime achievements. It’s a wonderful tool for envisioning a life that could be yours, but its focus is on the theory of your future.

This workshop shifts the lens.

Instead of only naming what you want, we’ll explore the rituals, practices, and habits it actually takes to get there — the things that shape who you’re becoming along the way.

Together, we’ll create a Being Board: a visual and emotional roadmap that honors the process, not the finish line. You’ll leave with a tangible reminder of what’s required to actually achieve real and sustainable growth.

What’s included:

A guided conversation

We’ll explore the habits, rituals, and daily practices that support our becoming — the version of you that exists on the way to your goals.

All creative materials

Magazines, prompts, boards, and supplies — everything you need to create a tangible, take-home Being Board.

Community connection

Shared time with local women in business who value growth, self-awareness, and exploring their next version of self.

A cozy, supportive environment

Light snacks, warm energy, and a restorative space designed to spark creativity and aligned action.

MEET YOUR CONTAINER CREATOR

LAUREN SALZ
Boy mom. Hardcore trauma survivor. Hardcore Survivor fan. Community builder.

Hey, girlfriend. I’m Lauren.

I’m a consultant, coach, and connector — and I thrive at the intersection of personal discovery and professional development. Over the last 10 years, I’ve launched, operated, acquired, and closed more than half a dozen businesses. Two are wildly successful, one was a total flop, and a few more still live inside me, waiting their turn. Those experiences taught me what it really takes to build something sustainable — not just on paper, but in real life.

I create points of connection for working moms, because I know the loneliness, the restlessness, and the quiet self-doubt that comes from doing it all alone.

I’ve sat in dozens — maybe even hundreds — of rooms where I’ve experienced the power of feeling truly seen, loved, and validated among a group of women. I know the transformation that happens in spaces like that, and that’s exactly what we’ll create together in this container: a place where you don’t have to explain yourself, where your fears are met with validation and hope, where your ambition is matched with genuine, wholehearted support, and where your growth is about so much more than revenue.

I’m not here to coach from the sidelines. I’m in the arena with you — learning, growing, and doing the work beneath the work right alongside you.
